The Face of My Love

In her piercing brown eyes,
I see the glowing eyes of God
For they see my eternal soul
And brings to it peace and comfort which
I have never felt before.

In her rose red lips,
I see the essence of HIS lips
For when she smiles her beaming smile
Such joy and happiness I do feel which
I have never felt before.

In her draping, golden hair,
I see HIS face on that fateful day
For I feel all my sins are gone
And all temptations are vanished which
I have never felt before.

In her soft, white nose,
I see the crowning beauty of HIS face
For I smell the sweetness of the world
And all the scent of happiness which
I have never felt before.

In her innocent face,
I feel the goodness of HIS face
For I feel as I am part of HIM
And that HIS being is part of me which
I have never felt before.

In the face of My Love,
I have never felt before.
